Free shipping promotions are not available via express shipping. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO's, FPO's and Canada are ineligible for FREE SHIPPING, express rates apply to these addresses. 

Orders confirmed before 11:00 AM PST, will be processed and are usually shipped within 1-3 days. 

"Express" orders confirmed after 11:00 AM PST, will be processed the following business day. Unfortunately, at this time we do

not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
